1.5 ‘Our Magazine’ mean the online magazine that can be digitally viewed on Our Website at the page https://www.graduatemag.co.uk/magazine

1.6 ‘Member’ means any person who uses Our Website or Our Service, who has registered with Our Website and has therefore created an individual user account. 

1.7 ‘Visitor’ means any person who uses Our Website or Our Service, who is not a Member, or who is a Member but has not signed into their account on Our Website.

13.0 SGP Website’s Registered Users
13.1 Authorised administrators and users may use the SGP’s database of users terms of these conditions and the SGP Ltd Privacy Policy. Authorised users may upload data, which consists of restricted personal information such as e-mail address and name, in bulk for the sole purpose of allowing SGP contact student users automatically and monitor progress. Unauthorised access by any person or system to the data or unauthorised contact, distribution, storing or destroying of information, to or from the tool, without prior permission from SGP Ltd, or by the person whose information is concerned, or which breaks Governing laws in the UK is strictly forbidden.
